Liked: It was perfect for our short trip. Close to the places we were visiting. Easy to get in and out.

Disliked: Breakfast was horrible, not a lot to choose from, tv in room did not work for entire stay after bringing up to staff more than 5 times and being brushed off. Rude staff at customer service to have to deal with. Pot smell throughout entire 4th floor.

Disappointing, wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: Very modern property, spacious room, comfy bed, great pub opposite called The Office, great food and atmosphere.
Disliked: On our second night the air con didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, in our corridor, outside our room we had a group of teenage girls staying. They were in the hallways, talking, slamming doors, using the ice machine constantly, until 2am. We also had a neighbour with a dog which seemed to be left in the room most of the day, and barked and cried a lot. We got no sleep that night. The kitchen area in the apartment has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and sink, but no where to cook anything. They offer a stove top you can borrow, and there is a bbq area, which overlooks the car park! The lights in the kitchen area didn’t work which I reported but nothing was done about it.The ‘hot breakfast’ is a joke, if you’re English and know what a hot breakfast can be, don’t bother, we did our own in our room the 2nd night. Very disappointed for what we paid, thought the Hilton name was better than some but not on this occasion

Disliked: We got complaints about noise. But I clearly stated it would be 3 children, ages 2,6,8 .. only 1 tv when it was 2 queen beds a pull out sofa, with 6 people in a room. And they did not have bacon for breakfast
