Liked: I recently stayed at Home 2 Suites in Ballantyne, Charlotte, NC, and I must say it was a breath of fresh air. After a disappointing experience after arriving at another hotel, I was relieved to find availability here. The hotel had everything I needed and more. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable!
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was that the room had a certain smell. However, I bought an air freshener and it was fine after that. This is very minor.

Liked: Exercise room well stocked, new equipment. Cable machine could use a service. Great accommodation since traveling with dog. Helpful staff, loaned us umbrella. (Hope at front desk). Very clean. Having bags in dog area helpful.
Disliked: Could use more protein (eggs) for breakfast. Maybe keep breakfast open to 9:30. Room refrigerator, didn't get very cold.

Liked: We loved the gym, my kids loved the pool, the rooms were clean, we brought our dog and didnt get charged extra for having him. Loved the location its convenient. Highly recommend!

Nice, clean room with comfortable...

Liked: The breakfast was very good with a variety. Fruit, biscuits, waffles, toast, oatmeal, cereal, milk, variety of juices and great coffee and hot chocolate. The seating was excellent with some seating also outside..
Disliked: Our room had a few issues such as a slow draining tub and it took a long time for the water to get hot. There were no gluten free options on the breakfast menu.

Nice overnight stay

Liked: Just stayed one night while traveling home. Room was very nice and accommodating for 5 people. Front staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Pool was cold but other than that it was nice.
