Liked: The early check-in was great since we were there for a 4 o'clock football game. The breakfast was great. Everything was like a home away from home. Thanks.
Disliked: My stay was very short so I didn't have time to do anything but rest for our return home the next day.

Liked: It was great and the staff was amazing.
Disliked: breakfast was the same daily and a bit bland just breakfast sandwiches not many choices. The people above me were super loud. There was a dead fly on the bathroom floor and I left it to see if it would get picked up when the cleaned my room and it was there the entire stay.

Liked: Customer service was amazing. The facility was clean and well put together. Parking was easy and convenient. Housekeepers were friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Tv kept cutting itself off and resetting itself to the welcome Home Screen. Each time it did it showed a different persons name. Central heating/air system did not work. Had to make sure the thermostat on the wall and the in room heater/air unit matched in order for either to work. Took some while to figure out. We either had a freezing cold room or extremely hot.
