Great location close to where...

Liked: Front desk staff was very friendly. Pet friendly, with park across street and lots of grassy areas near hotel. Good breakfast selection with decent coffee.Mattresses were very comfortable.Kitchenette more spacious than expected.
Disliked: Pillows need to be replaced.First 2 sets of key cards did not work.Pool had VERY limited hours.

Liked: The room was a decent size and the location was good
Disliked: We checked in to only find that our room was not ready. We had to wait in the hallway with our luggage for 15 minutes and the room was still not clean. The shower, top of the toilet and the floor was dirty. The pool is only open for 8 hours on the weekends and the pool was cold and the jacuzzi jets did not work. The outdoor fire pit was out of service! They are doing construction in the front of the building and if you have a luggage cart you have to go over curbs with it!!!!

Disliked: When we first checked into our room, the sink was really nasty with something poured into it. We had to get another room off ask for a discount, but the associate fails to give me one we had to move all of our belongings to the second room.

Disliked: Black mold in shower, sink hot water handle not adjusted properly, spout of faucet loose, adjustable chair for desk area not adjustable. Had to use 3 pillows on the seat to use my laptop. Bed not made up after first night - Hilton policy.

Disliked: Shower had a bad setting and could not be changed. The tub to shower control did not work alll the time

Liked: Room was very roomy,clean & had a well equipped kitchen,staff was very professional. Location was great, right next door to a Chick- fil-a & Taco Bell. Easy to get in & out of property & plenty of parking.I would recommend this hotel for any type of trip.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little disappointing.It was well stocked but the food offered was lacking,compared to other hotels.I am allergic to feather-down pillows,I did call & request alternative pillows,but hotel was unable to accommodate. We had purchased pillows

Great stay in Virginia.

Liked: The room was bigger than i expected. The space was amazing and the entire kitchen part was equipped. Great space to move around.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Had a more homey feel to it,hence home 2. Not a regular hotel room. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: We had late check out and this wasn't communicated with housekeeping who tried to access the room little bit past 11am checkout time. Had a lock not been on door she would have been in room. Not good. Also I question the shades in room, the privacy of it all. I'm thinking or felt if a light was on in room at night time, and you weren't dressed it appears it would be visible outside. Where are curtains in room, think you need install some.
