Good location, easy to get...

Liked: Very clean, and very friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Very small breakfast area

Liked: Great staff. Better than usual continental breakfast. Loved the large rooms.
Disliked: Can’t say a thing.

Delightful hotel!

Liked: This hotel was a well thought out design - USB ports in the lobby and dining area, several throughout the room; very convenient and helpful with charging devices. The staff was super friendly, checking in with us each time we came into the lobby and even helped with dinner suggestions. There was a spacious courtyard to hang out or chill. The shower was delightful - warm and nice spray. We didn't end up using the kitchenette in the room but it looked like it had anything that could be needed. The room was spacious and allowed us room to spread out for the couple of days we stayed.
Disliked: No real sugar in the dining area - several sugar substitutes but no sugar :(The pillows were very soft, offering little to no support, which made for a restless night of sleep.

Liked: The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. Fatima at the front desk was especially helpful. She helped us plan for our trip to the Carlsbad Caverns the next morning and recommended a terrific restaurant in the area for dinner. Hotel is very convenient for the Caverns.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Liked: The breakfast was good, the day/afternoon manager was friendly and welcoming, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean.
Disliked: The person working the night shift was less friendly and warm. She did not seem to want to do her job or help with anything asked. A king bed for 2 people had 3 pillows, we asked for an extra “did you already use what’s up there? There’s extras for the sofa bed in a bag. That’s what you need to use.”. Secondly, when I checked in there was a notice that said they would be testing the fire alarm system and to expect periodic noise. It was slated to end an hour before I got there. That was not the case. Immediately upon exiting the elevator, every alarm in the hotel went off at once. I went back downstairs and asked the night worker what was going on “idk they said they were almost done” but no other help. It went on for 15 minutes and caused the elevators to go down while the crew sort of tried to fix it. Eventually everything got fixed there and we got back to our room. The towels were mismatched and a couple of them were shredded on the ends and had seen far better days. Also, the control for the air in the room seemed to only work intermittently. It wouldn’t turn on in “auto” mode at all but would run in in “on”. But of course when we needed heat that wouldn’t come on either. I’ve stayed in worse hotels but I also definitely expected better for this one for the price.
