great relaxing place to stay

Disliked: windows didn't have screens

Lots to improve upon

Liked: Close to interesting places, amenities, free parking
Disliked: Room appears dated, there was a strong fragrance upon entering the room and not pleasant for people who have allergies/asthma. They could use some new furniture such as their couch. It looks and feels as if it could break anytime soon. Another location (Glendale) of the same brand of hotels had much better facilities. The lights were so bright that it didn’t feel relaxing to use at night. I heard some people (probably kids) running early in the morning and it literally shook the room and you could easily hear them which tells me the rooms aren’t sound proof?

Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable for me I have a bad back and struggled to sleep

We had a great stay....

Liked: The location is excellent. It was just a few minutes to The Flower Fields and Premium Outlet. The room and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the free water and coffee in the lobby.
Disliked: None.

Liked: I loved the spaciousness of the king suite and the cleanliness of the hotel. My family and I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Service was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Sound proofing in the rooms isn't great. You can hear every little footstep outside of your room.

Great for short family trip...

Liked: Everything was clean (lobby, pool area, rooms). Free drinks (iced water, coffee and tea in the lobby, good breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast was crowded with limited seating and not enough staff to keep things replenished and clean. No connecting rooms.
