We had a great stay....

Liked: The location is excellent. It was just a few minutes to The Flower Fields and Premium Outlet. The room and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the free water and coffee in the lobby.
Disliked: None.

Overall, very clean, comfortable, and...

Liked: I loved the spaciousness of the king suite and the cleanliness of the hotel. My family and I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Service was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Sound proofing in the rooms isn't great. You can hear every little footstep outside of your room.

Great for short family trip...

Liked: Everything was clean (lobby, pool area, rooms). Free drinks (iced water, coffee and tea in the lobby, good breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast was crowded with limited seating and not enough staff to keep things replenished and clean. No connecting rooms.

Holidays with family, perfect hotel...

Liked: We just took 1 breakfast at the hotel, then we ate somewhere else the day after, as we think it is a really basic breakfast.

Liked: The location was great near Legoland and premium outlets.Very quiet room spacious and breakfast was good love this place will definitely be back.

Liked: overall, it is a very nice-looking hotel. The room was large and spacious. The breakfast that came with it was good.My problem has to do with thecleanliness of the room.
Disliked: There was a significant trail of ants across the desk and nearthe bathroom sink. This discovery was not only unpleasant and unsanitary butalso caused me significant distress and discomfort throughout my stay. I feltthe need to constantly inspect my belongings.

Convenient location and comfortable facilities

Liked: The breakfast provided a wide varity of foods, make your own waffles, bagels, eggs, potatoes, sausage (turkey and regular), fruit, yogurt, cereal, plus juices and coffees. The selections for breakfast were a great way to start the day.
Disliked: There was really no issues at all with the hotel, room, or facilities. I would stay there again when in Carlsbad and recommend it to others.
