Overall a comfortable stay.

Disliked: Disappointed. No oatmeal, which I found very unusual. The coffee was flavorless. No microwave to heat the premade omelets and egg sandwiches. I didn't try them because i think they would have needed to be heated more than the warmer light could provide.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Broken blinds, weird smell, stain on carpet and couch, loud grinding noise from turning on hot shower and more. Rooms used for dogs should only be for guests with pets. The fact that my room was disgusting is not ok

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: The staff really went out of their way to make this an incredible experience from the beginning to the end. We were there for soccer and it snowed and they canceled our last game. Even though we were disappointed the staff tried really hard too give us a smile before we left. Customer service of this level is hard to find these days and it was refreshing and gratifying.
Disliked: They are remodeling so be patient our room was comfortable and attractive but you could tell there was still construction materials laying about.
