Liked: The hotel provided a variety of free hot drink sachets which were very helpful given our late night arrival.

Liked: Staff were great, breakfast was great, room was modern and clean, bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this. Very good value for money.

Everything was as expected.

Liked: Breakfast was ok, little disorganized in its layout, but not a big deal. Location was great, easy to get to IAH. Room was clean and new feeling.
Disliked: During breakfast in the morning a Hispanic female employee came out and yelled at a Hispanic/Arab male employee at the front desk. She yelled at him in front of everyone- I was sitting in the booth breakfast table in the middle of the lobby and I could hear her. The guy took it well, didn’t make a scene, but the lady was so rude and disrespectful to him, telling him he needed to do his job. It’s just so unprofessional, he could have needed reprimanding, but not humiliating, no one needs that. She was out of line.

Liked: They had a free shuttle to the airport if you were leaving at a time that the shuttle was working. I left in the morning and got a free shuttle ride.
Disliked: No facility is to speak of, front desk didn’t answer the phone, no real services, the supposed at breakfast was almost nothing available so I didn’t have any.They had a refrigerator with snacks you could buy, but they were out of everything I would’ve wanted
