Liked: It was close to where I needed to be and one staff member was very nice and helpful her name was nancy
Disliked: Everything else I had to ask for house keeping we were there for 8 days I asked it didn't get done when I asked again I was kind if dismissed and handed some sheets my child got hurt and when I asked for a bandaid that night I was given one but the next morning he needed one more and I was told they don't do that I asked for a manager and was told to leave my info they would call me so I did the manager called my room at 11pm and woke my sleeping husband and child and was very nasty saying if we have a problem take it up with Hilton it's not job to handle guest complaints so I did and guess what nothing happened shocker the only person who seemed to care about the guests was Nancy if i had to stay there again she would be the only person I would interact with she's professional courteous kindvandvcaring
