Liked: Great staff and location across from Galleria Mall. Bed comfortable and good breakfast.

We really enjoyed the room....

Liked: I've stayed at other hotels where the selections were better. I was disappointed that as soon as you chose the food it was cold by the time you reached the table.
Disliked: The replacement of towels was haphazard. One day our room was missed completely for cleaning. I pointed out some concerns to the staff that was not addressed.

horrible didn't even stay all...

Liked: they allowed me to check in knowing that they had no electricity. i had a group of children for a party for my son Birthday and we got a room with no electricity ruining his birthday. They were misleading also. There was no way they should have allowed me to still check in they did not notify me at check in that there wasn't any electricity.
Disliked: they have dishonest and misleading employees

Disliked: The power was out the whole time of my stay so we had to leave
