Disliked: Phone did not work. After bringing it to the attention of the staff it was not fixed. He called me on my cell and I requested a wake up call. He rang my room phone and I told him it rang so he said it worked and he would give me a wake up call. I did not get the wake up call. My phone apparently he could hear me but it had no sound at all when I listened, no dial tone, no talking. At any rate I barely made my flight. Not sure if he thought he called, he didn’t call, or the wake up alarm on the phone just didn’t work either. No one came to check the phone. It did NOT work.

Liked: Nice and clean.
Disliked: Unfortunately, someone hit us and ran as we were sitting in the left turn lane waiting for our turn to make a left turn into the hotel.
