Liked: Was our first time staying there.. We were in town for a family reunion. The event venue was very close so the hotel was convenient. The room was very spacious and clean...The staff was very friendly and courteous

Liked: The property was new and clean, and I appreciated the location.
Disliked: During my 3-day stay, housekeeping did not come by, which was disappointing. It would have been great to have at least one visit and upkeep. Unfortunately, the manager was unfriendly and dismissive, which was disappointing. However, the rest of the staff were great—very friendly and helpful, making the stay more pleasant.

Disliked: Bed was a bit hard. And the room didn't get cold enough for our liking.

Liked: Staff was amazing, beds super comfy, air conditioning worked great, the absolute best hotel breakfast ever.

Disliked: Air filters hadn’t been cleaned in a while is my only complaint.
