Poor Experience – Unresponsive Management...

Disliked: I’ve stayed at several Home2 Suites locations before, but this one was disappointing on multiple levels.First, the lack of communication from the hotel management was extremely frustrating. I attempted to reach out multiple times before, during, and after my stay, and even involved Hilton Guest Assistance — yet received no proper response.The property itself appears relatively new, but it clearly has maintenance issues. One of our rooms had a leaking air conditioning unit, which created a large puddle of water on the floor. Not only was this very uncomfortable, but it also posed a real safety risk, especially for children.Speaking of which, my kids were yelled at by a staff member at the front desk just for playing quietly in the lobby — a completely inappropriate and unpleasant experience.Overall, this stay was far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with family.

Good value/location for the area.

Liked: Appreciated that the staff changed our room when it was discovered that the temperature of the first room couldn't be controlled.
Disliked: Bed/pillows a little too soft.

Came in for the AC/DC...

Disliked: Mattress wasn’t that great.
