Liked: Breakfast was decent as expected. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The hotel was understaffed. There were a few sporting events at the beginning of the week and a large music festival that decended on the city at the end of the week. The hotel was not properly staffed. Extra towels took 30 minutes to arrive by room service. Trash cans at the elevators were not emptied frequently enough.

Liked: Beautiful facility and the location downtown and near Julia Davis Park was great! So easy to walk to restaurants, breweries and sights in or near the park.

Loved everything, my kids had...

Liked: Great location, great hotel for family and kids. Clean property and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Breakfast said it ended at 10 but by 9 there was no food left, not many options, had to go eat breakfast somewhere else.
