Liked: My room had a terrible odor. And was not properly cleaned. The toilet and shower was dirty as well as the bathroom floor and kitchen area. and the curtains that divides the room was stained with something that looked like body fluid. Also had to use the stairs bc the elevators wasn’t working bc of the fire alarm testing that was being done. My breakfast sandwich was hard as a brick.

Liked: The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok. Could use some more options such as fresh fruit and sausage or bacon not on sandwiches. The food sits in the warmers and gets too hard to eat. The whole grain waffles were great. Maybe some access to ice water available in the lobby as the juice bar was not working on Tuesday morning.
