Family trip

Liked: Clean, well supplied rooms and included breakfast are the reasons my family chooses to stay with Hilton. This was no exception. We loved it and left well rested.

Prime location, modern and spacious...

Liked: Excellent location next to Blacksburg ! New and modern rooms, very clean and spacious. Several shops and restaurants in walking distance and short drive /walk from Blacksburg old down. Parking around the hotel, easy and available
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited and on our first morning everything was finished by 8:30 am when we got to our breakfast....

Disliked: Rate charged was not quoted rate. Called after check out and it was fixed immediately

Very good

Liked: I liked most everything. Especially location. The TV was nice. I could watch YouTube/Netflix.
Disliked: My room smelled a bit stale but not awful. It was on 1st floor next to outside door. The door noise woke me up and became annoying every time it closed. Breakfast was limited, but fortunately, I'm not a big breakfast person. Other than those, I enjoyed everything about the room.

Liked: Great location, spacious room, nice amenities
Disliked: The room was a bit musty, the shampoo was empty

Good value compared to other...

Liked: Comfortable, clean room, huge TV, had everything we needed.
Disliked: The walls were very thin. We could hear every word of the conversation in the adjoining room, and the room on the other side of us had a dog that barked.
