Would never, ever stay here...

Liked: The breakfast was fine and certain members of the staff were helpful, but the property is filthy and there was one working elevator when the place was crammed with guests. Also, there was an entire sports team's worth of nasty, smelly kit in the pool area, making it impossible to use the pool.
Disliked: Our rooms were disgusting, with stains on every piece of furniture and even dirty socks left hanging over the shower in our room when it was supposed to have been cleaned. Our room was never cleaned once during our four-day stay. Two of three elevators were out of service and the place was disgusting. The lobby bathrooms were abhorrent. For over $300 a night - I expected much more. It was AWFUL. The worst part is, that since I booked through Booking.com, the Hotel could not help with my room charges. Maybe it makes sense to pay more and book directly.

Disliked: Only 1 elevator of 3 was working and time to get to and from your room to the lobby was long depending on specific times of day. The couch in my room was gross and was not utilized due to how dirty it was.
