Room very clean; good drawer space; excellent use of space for eating; excellent TV.

Liked: Ketris, Front Desk Supervisor, was extremely helpful.
Disliked: No blankets in room.

Disliked: The staff was not friendly or helpful, the floor I was on was very noisy, I did not get any rest. I booked two rooms they only had one available. They told me they would call me when my second room becomes available they never called I had to keep calling them.

One Night Only

Liked: The location and being so close to the Amtrak station.
Disliked: There were weird stains on the furniture and bedding. I would’ve been more upset but was in there for one night. I would not stay more than 1 night though.

Liked: The location it was by alot of restaurants.
Disliked: We didn't have a key to the room because the computer for the keys was down the whole time, when they finally took us up to the room we went in to check the room out and it was food in the microwave and frozen beer in the freezer the guy that took us to the room say it and when we went down stairs they said that housekeeping was going to take care of it but when we got back this was over 3 hours because we where here to see family we still couldn't get a key because the computer was still down and when we got back up to the room the food and beer was still there the guy took it but the that was so unprofessional, then the light went out of the bathroom we where just over the whole experience..

Liked: We had a wedding to attend and the reception was held atThe Fennec/The Social. We loved that the hotel was directly across the street and a short walk to our room after the party.
Disliked: Apparently a new card service was installed the day before we checked in and the system went down. We were never given keys and had to have an employee escort us to our room whenever we needed to get in. It was a bit of an inconvenience.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Liked: It is a nice hotel
Disliked: It was really noisy some one had a dog when we were on the second floor and you could hear them running down the halls laughing and the dog barking.
