Worst Home 2 Suites I've...
Liked: Nothing about this property! Only one guest services person was genuine!
Disliked: Front desk was very unfriendly, from initial check in. Rooms were very small all dishes were in the dishwasher, my room was never replenished, oh my bad they came one day and did garbage, no towels or anything else. When I called downstairs I was told that they were short staffed and towels were low and I would receive a call back. Well after 15 minutes I went downstairs because we had just gotten out the pool, was told by the same lady having a conversation with a lady that I saw there before I went to my room, that's when she went to look, so the lady talking with her proceeds to tell me how she's staying there/work there and she washes her own towels and they're short staffed. After standing there 10 minutes no towels. Okay next day went to front desk to make sure I get cleaned n fresh towels I got neither after begging all day front desk and the housekeeping ladies. Later that night I was fed up and needed towels went back downstairs a guy was there very nice had a lady to find me some towels. For myself and my family because we were all in the same situation. Upon checking out the lady was very unpleasant/friendly, as we were expressing our dissatisfaction in our stay she jumps victim, "like I'm just helping out and I'm not even front desk etc etc. I've worked front desk at a hotel and it's not easy but never have I jumped victim, nor upset because of someone else's dissatisfaction. I advised her that the GM and whoever else should've stepped in for that weekend because of you all being short staffed. To top it off got charged for $15 parking that we were unaware of until my sister overheard a conversation the night before at front desk trying to get towels, she was upset that we didn't want to pay for it because we did not know we were being charged. They charged me the wrong rate from jump so they held more than they should've, they could've adjusted it so it could reverse but they did not.

Great Hotel! A little expensive,...
Liked: The rooms were huge, and the beds were comfortable. They were clean. The people at the desk were so nice. The parking was awesome, as it was hotel guests only, and you had to use your key card to enter. I had my dog with me, and they were awesome to work with. Very friendly, and very accommodating. I really enjoyed the stay after a LONG drive

Liked: It was great facility for hotel stay. All the amenities needed to keep you entertained.
Disliked: Hotel did not have record of reservation. The confirmation number was not in their system. The desk clerk said that was 2 they Booking.com that weren?t not sent to them in one day.

It was questionable if room...
Liked: The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. The lobby and public areas were well maintained. The a/c in the room worked great. The beds were comfy, as were the pillows.
Disliked: I can?t begin to tell you how disappointed i was with Home2Suites by Hilton. The bathroom in our room was NOT cleaned. There were dirty towels under the sink cabinet on the floor. The actual floor of the bathroom was dirty and had what appeared to be urine spots around the toilet. The sink had hair in it. Had to call front desk for TP, as there was only about 10 sheets on the roll. In the bedroom, the lamps were covered in dust and the night stand had a sticky substance on it
