New Hotel, Great Location.

Liked: Great location, right off I-74 & Spruce Hills Dr/Utica Ridge Road. Big Gas Station/Store next to it, plus a new restaurant within a short walk. Multiple restaurant options north of the hotel on Utica Ridge Road. 53rd Street & Utica Ridge corridor has HyVee Grocery Store, movie theatre, more restaurants, stores, etc. Many business people were staying here. Strict rules about running in hallways, noise control during night time, etc. which is nice. Didn't do breakfast, so can't comment on that. Will definitely stay here again.
