Great place to stay, convenient...

Liked: The location was good. Only 12 minutes from my daughter. I come every year and the Home 2 Suites was very nice. Everyone was friendly. The rooms were wonderful (had a kitchen, which we used), What I didn't like was the rooms did NOT have safes in them, so I told the front manager to pass it on to her boss. Also, the bathrooms in the lobby did NOT have toilet seat covers, which are very sanitary. The two young men, Spenser and Ken who ran the breakfast were wonderful. Spenser made sure my husband and I had hot Decaf in the morning when we came down for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. I would most likely stay there again (if they have safes in the room).

Nice hotel, good location, not...

Liked: Good location, nice hotel, clean room. Ample parking. Some EV parking spots if you have one which was nice.
Disliked: Breakfast was pretty awful. Small selection, missing items. Go elsewhere for breaky.

Great location and staff. Uncomfortable...

Disliked: Hotel lobby and ventilation system overwhelmed by febreeze like scented product.Pillows flat and old. Piled 5 and still left with no elevation or support.No basic amenities in room..paper and pen? Tissie box?? Shower cap?

Disappointing

Liked: Very friendly staff
Disliked: Unfortunately the occupant before us trashed the room so it took house keeping extra long to get it ready. Ended up being 3 hours post check in time before we could get into our room and it still smelt like cigarettes and spots were a bit grimy. We also didn't have enough blankets and pillows, easy enough to get more but it was annoying. Understand the situation was a bit out of their control but no discount was offered and felt like a bit of a rip off for the cost.

Substandard Hilton hotel.

Liked: The rooms were very spacious and facilities were fairly new.
Disliked: The hotel structure had an elevator away from the front check in which was not as easy to navigate. The furniture in the room was cheap and substandard. Small thin queen mattress in bedroom and-small, narrow couch in living room. No body lotion. I requested it twice. I asked for a thicker quilt blanket and then they sent up a mattress pad cover. Kitchen staff eating at food bar while items need replenished. Spoke to the manager after telling the front desk staff and getting nowhere. Even bags of garbage were left in hallways next to garbages.

Liked: The breakfast offered a variety of items that were all delicious.
Disliked: I would have liked a jacuzzi.

Exceptional

Liked: It was the best hotel ever!! It smelled so fresh upon walking in, and the rooms are fairly brand new and my family and I loved it!!

I’d come again for sure!

Liked: Well located by lots of great shops and places to eat. Worthy Brewing was so close we could walk and it had excellent food and beer.
Disliked: It was very busy in the morning at breakfast and often clean plates and bowls would run out
