Great place to stay for...

Liked: Location was in an interesting part of town, out of the way of most of the enjoyable areas of Bend. Sadly I did not get a chance to enjoy the breakfast.
Disliked: Long walk to the elevator. Could have a better placement of where the elevator is located, not very close to the lobby.

Conveniently located and super comfortable.

Liked: The room is really comfortable. I felt like I had plenty of room to spread out and in different spaces so it felt like home. The kitchenette is really great with all the things I might need. The breakfast is really pretty great. Something for everyone.Plus this hotel is conveniently located to Safeway and dozens of restaurants.
Disliked: I didn’t love that the elevator is at the opposite end of the building from where you check in at, but it ended up not being a big deal and I got some extra steps in each day!

Liked: Nice, comfortable room, and good breakfast choices.
Disliked: Upon arriving I was told it didn't show I had a reservation, even though I had a confirmation no. and text message confirming it through Bookings.com.. When contacting Bookings.com, the first person hung up on us and the second contact never called back. It was very frustrating to deal with, especially with a five year old having to wait for almost an hour, and also needing to be at a friend's wedding within an hour. Thankfully, the front desk person was very kind and helpful and was able to find another room for us.
