Liked: People were really sweet. View from room was over the AC units on roof. Spent literally less than 7 hours there...
Disliked: View from window. Suite doesn't always mean 2 rooms...this meant one room with curtain

Perfect stay...clean, roomy and beautiful!

Liked: They allow pets. Yay!! Breakfast was excellent and our room was designed perfectly with everything needed and lots of room to spare. There was lots of natural light and a full fridge as well. Breakfast crew was friendly and outstanding!!!! Pool area and fitness areas were a good size. The hotel is beautiful and walkable to stores. Loved the variety of hot and cold foods at breakfast. They have recycling everywhere.
Disliked: The doors will slam unless you prevent this when you shut them. The laundry room is inside the fitness area...a little odd. It heats up the room.

Room was double booked and...

Disliked: We had no problem checking in and getting the key to the room. However the following day my husband went downstairs to buy snacks and tried to charge to the room and was told we weren't in the system. Turns out we were in the system as "no show", which makes no sense as we had gotten a key and I charged my card when I checked in at the hotel. Regardless we were taking a nap and since we were considered a no show the hotel double booked our room and the next guests to stay opened our door with their key. We didn't even stay that night and left a night early. The girl who checked us out said she accidentally marked us as a no show and said she would refund us the night we didn't stay. We still have yet to be refunded. Getting woken up from a nap by people trying to barge into your room is the opposite of a relaxing stay. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

We are repeat customers and...

Liked: Beds are comfortable
Disliked: The towels are rough, scratchy. Also I am concerned that there was no hand sanitizer to use when the breakfast food was served (several people were coughing and sneezing, it’s that time of year)

Not worth the risk of...

Liked: Spacious room with wonderful kitchen amenities. Comfy bed and sitting area. Lighted parking lot. Area felt very safe.
Disliked: The hot water in the shower was restricted. I had goose bumps when showering. After 3 nights and talking to the front desk twice it was finally fixed by maintenance. Front desk was initially not helpful in fact the guy told me I was out of luck since I booked through Booking.com!

This was my first time...

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The hot tub was nasty. The shower in the room had like warm water. The attached photo is from inside the hot tub.
