Disliked: Awful experienceBooked through booking.com. Had a confirmation email/number. Arrived and they did not have a room for me and were full. No offer to help or find another room. Manager and front desk staff very rude and blaming a 3rd party.

It was in a quiet...

Liked: Room was very spacious, and the staff were very nice. Full breakfast bar.
Disliked: Our room was not very clean. The floors didn’t look swept or cleaned. The counter by the sink had some food spots on it.
