Booking has messed up two...

Liked: My reservation was not in their system and we were charged. I paid twice for one night. I want my money back from Booking.com

Liked: beds and shower were awesome
Disliked: booking.com said pool was open now so I booked it but it doesn't open til May 1st. Air conditioner didn't cool continually so when it shut off the room got warm, even set at 65.
