Very clean, great staff and...
Liked: We did not get up in time for breakfast so I can't comment on that. The staff was phenomenal.
Disliked: The only thing about this hotels location is the parking. One it's very expensive if you valet and two it's not apart of the property itself. Very awkward location for this hotel.

Good facilities and appearance with...
Liked: It has good location and it is close to all the restaurants and supermarkets. It is also sparkling clean and quiet.
Disliked: The heater did not work for two days in day time and the room was a little bit cold at that time. But I can still live with it. The internet service did not work on the day that I am having an important video meeting and the lady at the front desk was so rude and impolite even though I inquire with courtesy. In addition, they charged double of the price of the hotel fee in two separate months without a justified reason (they should have charged once only). Upon my arrival, they thought that I cancelled the booking and in fact I did not. So, I had to spend time to resolve the issue by calling back and forth between booking.com and the hotel. I hate wasting my time dealing with the issues that I am not supposed to be involved in. And the way they resolve the issue is very slow because they need to undergo different parties and procedures before they came up with a solution. I understand that but this is not user friendly, especially in a hectic city.
