I don't have to devote...

Liked: Homes2 is always a good clean stay with comfortable beds and room.
Disliked: The kid or person in the next room was slamming cabinets at 3am. I banged on the wall, and they got the message.

Disappointing

Liked: Bedrooms were fine, clean, comfortable. Location was ok.
Disliked: Lift didn’t work, pool didn’t work, breakfast was grim - one morning we were told the yogurt had run out.Staff were unenthusiastic -eg no apologies or even sympathy offered for broken lift.

Not terribly happy.

Liked: The weather was nice
Disliked: I arrived but was not warmly welcomed. I believe the staff might have been overwhelmed with other matters. Once the staff member realized I had been waiting, she explained that the elevators were not working and the building's Wi-Fi was down. Due to my late arrival, we had no other option but to stay. My mother, who uses a cane to get around, found the trip to the second floor quite challenging. I asked if we could be accommodated on the first floor, but she was unable to assist us.

Superb

Liked: We always stay at home two suites when they are available. This facility was very nice. Staff was great. The only complaint I would have the hallways and the elevators were very hot and smelt musky. And I really wish they would consider replacing all the carpet by hard service.

Liked: The bathrooms are old & dated. Definitely not worth the rate!

Liked: The cleanliness and amenities was great, spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: There is no stove or range to cook something in case you don’t make it to breakfast

Energy Off At This Location

Liked: Location close to the places I needed to go to.
Disliked: It had elements of pet hair because I was itchy, sneezing, coughing and had a headache while in the room once I got outside I was OK. Had requested in my profile 2xs no room with prior animals but still got a room with traces of animals even heard a dog barking a few doors down later that day. As the host was helping a large group check in a young man had a problem with his reservation and heard the host say that the hotel was full and that he may be moved to another room later but they were staying for about a week or so. So I couldn't request to move once I discovered this on my room. You could hear all types of noises from outside, and hallway to constant walking or child running upstairs above me head. I've stayed in several Home2 Suites from California to the Carolinas and have always had a good experience but this one wasn't too good. I even saw ants on the floor crawling.Photos might not show as well but I have videos that I can't upload.
