I would highly recommend. Quiet room; curtains that block the light; plenty of features and a free breakfast. I left my wallet accidentally and they had it at the desk when I realized. Quality experience!

Liked: Very good value when going to Americas Mart. Staff is genuinely friendly and rooms are very clean. Breakfast is great

Liked: Breakfast n staff was great would have liked brown sugar n raisins for oatmeal other than that it was awesome.
Disliked: Didn't know it was valet parking but even with that it was an awesome stay .I am sure I overlooked that it was valet parking.

Exceptional
Liked: The staff was so friendly, I have never seen so many people happy to be at work. The breakfast Thursday and Friday was really good.
Disliked: The breakfast bar 8/2 was the only thing we didn't care for. There didn't seem to be as much effort as the first 2 days

Staff was accommodating
Liked: Most of the staff were nice and VERY accommodating. When we called about something they would try to fix it immediately and they worked very hard to make sure we were in a better situation. Two of them stood out that was Leon and Tee m. They were AMAZING they were very nice and professional they checked on us had great attitudes awesome communication and took care of us the entire time.
Disliked: The property needs a lot of updating. We were moved 3 times because every room had broken furniture. In the 1st room the arms of the chair was broken and torn up the toilet paper roll was broken and the toilet paper was on the floor, the bathroom door was broken and off track it wouldn’t close and was hanging off the wall it was so heavy we was afraid it would fall while we were sleeping so when they offered us a new room we was grateful . In the second room the arms of the chair were broken and torn up,the Sofa bed in our second room was so broken my sons couldn’t sleep on it the whole night and ended up on the floor. The third room was much better the only thing broken was the remote control to the tv and the manager switched it out immediately also the bedroom tv wouldn’t change off the settings menu we didn’t want to move anymore so we just dealt with that. Lastly the door in the hall going to the elevator was broken and cut my husband’s arm. It was disappointing to pay that kind of money and stay in such horrible conditions. We were told we couldn’t get a refund because we booked with a third party. Booking.com didn’t help at all so I learned that 3rd party websites are not good to book with because if there’s a problem you’re left hanging. The manager gave us points on our hilton honors and some snack bags but a credit on one of our 4 nights would have made me feel better considering my kids had to sleep on the floor. Over all it was a valuable lesson learned and one we will never forget.

Exceptional
Liked: The room was very clean and it comes with a fridge, microwave, sink, cabinets, and even a dishwasher for some reason. I loved the bathroom mirror and how I could change the lighting from warm to cool. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
