Liked: Clean smelt good good energy safe and secure nice staff and great hospitality

Disliked: My room wasn't ready at 3pm checkin. I was told by the rude manager that another person had just checked out of the room that I reserved. Not sure why the manager would allow someone to have a late check out at 3pm when someone else reserved that suite. She was not accommodating or polite. I asked to speak with her manager and of course she acted as if she didn't have a manager. I also asked for a phone number to the corporate office; however I had to Google the number myself. Oh, and only one elevator was operational.
