Liked: The breakfasts were quite good and the room was great. The staff were also very pleasant.
Disliked: The outside night noises that sounded like drag racing on College Ave. were annoying, but I understand there's not much the staff can do about that. Perhaps we should have requested a room on the other side of the hotel.

Disliked: The shower doors were rusty at the bottom, overall, clean room

Disliked: Pool was small and quite a bit of hair in one of the drawers

Liked: Breakfast was ok, not terrible, but could have been better. Location was good.
Disliked: Booked a mobility accessible room, but was given a hearing accessible room instead. They tried to find an available mobility accessible room, but couldn't.

Liked: very friendly staff! Our room had our name on the tv saying “Hello Jade” and there was a little note from the house keeper! It was honestly so welcoming
