Will Not Be Staying Here...

Liked: I like the location, the bed was amazingly comfortable and most of the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I was surprised that we had no soap in the dispenser in the shower. The bathroom sink was Not clean. The TV kept GLITCHING every few seconds which made it annoyingly frustrating. The evening front desk employee was not empathetic towards my situation with the obviously overlooked restroom cleaning/restock. She needs to smile when she's checking in guests as well because she's the face of the hotel being up front like that and I did Not feel welcomed. Your selection of breakfast foods was pretty unappetizing. When I brought up to the attention of the front desk employee (same employee that doesn't smile) that the juice dispenser sprayed juice all over the place and on me when I tried to get some apple juice she treated me like I was a nuisance and I wasn't important. No apology of any kind or concern.

Disliked: It was not in a convieneht location to walk anywhere.

Liked: The desk clerk was helpful.
Disliked: I had reserved a king suite with a separate bedroom, but when we got to the property, one wasn't available. With my family, we needed that extra room. It was too late to find another hotel. We really felt cramped. The desk clerk offered extra Hilton Honors points because of it.
