Liked: It was convenient and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, loved the kitchen area!
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: The refrigerator in the room was making noise most of the time! The rental rugs lobby entrance and elevator area I was disappointed , no vacuuming them for 3 days the gray ones! The big glass windows in the lobby eating area could be cleaned with a squeegee and sponge much better curb appeal for gas sitting in the dining area! Planter area at the front of the entrance could do with more elevation , from the columns going towards the center!.I was a little put off that the handicap room I assumed I was getting I didn't get but they did accommodate me with a shower chair but it was a little difficult just to bathe in the shower stall because the chair was overly big for the shower stall! It was very hard to get into the shower stall it took a little thinking about how to even bathe because it didn't have the wand attachment from the shower head to bed so it was really difficult,. It was because I had to keep on adjusting to where the chair was in the shower stall to get water on me ! In

Liked: front desk staff very friendly; most areas clean and tidy; room very comfortable
Disliked: coffee creamers in the suite had gone bad; had to go to front desk to get coffee packets and creamer.outside parking lots had too much litter

Stay away from this place....

Liked: Not much. I wouldn’t stay here ever again.
Disliked: Everything. The outside had so many construction vehicles and storage pods that you could barely get a parking space. Inside the elevators, it looked like it was under construction. In the stairwells, there was junk laying around, dirty rags and other supplies. Every time I walked through the main lobby it smelled like marijuana and the staff members were all yelling to each other and paying no attention to guests other than their friends like it was the lobby of a low income housing authority. The room was clean enough to sleep but it was a ripoff for the money I spent.
