Exceptional

Liked: Friendly and efficient

Very good

Liked: Clean, spacious, comfortable beds and nice cosmetics..Calm area but still within walking distance to the city center.
Disliked: Lack of built-in air conditioning, instant coffee in the room., pretty noisy when the windows are open

Overpriced

Liked: Location to get to Stadium for semi finalBed was comfy and nice having 2 pillows.
Disliked: The price.... Charging over £200 more than any other time due to Euros Semi Final. Shouldn't be allowed!!

Decent room

Disliked: Not the best location but close enough to walk to oldtown.

Not a 4* hotel or...

Liked: The room and bathroom were clean. Good proximity to everywhere we wanted to go.
Disliked: Hard mattress, no air-con (fan was ok but noisy), floor felt cheap, hardly any staff around there was one friendly member of staff the others we encountered came across rude. No fridge in the room. Towels were not very good. The bed covers were just a sheet, felt cheap. Basically not a 4* hotel i would rate as 2*. We stayed 2 nights and were asked if we wanted our room servicing as we weren't there long!!! Surely daily service is standard in a 4* hotel and they shouldn't ask?!

Liked: If you're going to a meeting at the University of Geneva, this hotel is the right place for you. The staff is very helpful with information. The hotel gave us a city card to use public transport in Geneva. The link was sent through Booking.com messages, so it's easy to find and register. The location is close to the university. We went there in the middle of June when the heatwave hit, and the air conditioning unit did its job to cool down the room.
Disliked: There is no refrigerator in the room, but you can ask the reception staff for ice or to store your food/beverages in the hotel's refrigerator. They are nice and helpful everytime.
