Disliked: There was trash under the bed, we requested a non smoking room with a king bed but got a smoking room with two double beds, the shower had hair in it, the floors clearly had not been vacuumed in a long time

Disliked: Always dealing with roaches. They've been in formed each time. Their phones don't work in all the rooms, and the TV is always an issue. I shouldn't have to pay full price anywhere that has bugs period !

Horrible, the lobby smelled horrid.

Disliked: I booked a room for 2 nights and they don’t have prepayment so by the time I tried to check in they already sold all of the available rooms to other people.

Liked: The facility was unacceptable. First I couldn’t get into my room. Then a series of other things, but the last straw was when the tv would not work. They said it could be fixed early next week. Then they said they would refund my money. I found another great place on line. I asked for my refund and was told they couldn’t do it then because the charge had to go through. The credit card company said they had not received the payment yet. It has since gone through. But Home Place has given me the refund. I wish there was a way to give negative points in the survey.
Disliked: Everything could have been better. And I still don’t have my promised refund.
