Great bed, great pool, great...

Liked: Beds are quite comfortable and the pool's water was warm and nice for kids! It the location was just the best! Close to nice restaurants.
Disliked: The walls are too thin. Our kids couldn't sleep at their regular time because we could hear the family next door very well.The shower missed the shower curtain and when we communicate this at front desk, he implied we took it off or did something to it because it was "impossible" it didn't have one.

Liked: I had the room with a very good deal I thought service will change, but the staff who checked us in was so friendly, however when we checked out had a little miscommunication.
Disliked: When we checked out, their trying to charge us for some fees, which is not on the receipt I believe, but they end up giving the damage deposit back

Liked: We enjoy the location,, the breakfast, the pool, the beds are super comfortable, everything!
Disliked: Honestly, the only thing we didn’t like this time was the group of kids that were playing sort of like a tag or hide and seek in the pool area and running up and down the stairs and jumping in and splashing excessively in the pool. My kids were leery about using the slide when they were on it. That’s not the hotel though that was just the kids. Once the most rowdy ones left and we were able to enjoy ourselves more it was great.

Liked: Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Pool and waterside were very good. Pool water was warm.
Disliked: Not enough seating for breakfast. Pool towels could have been restocked more frequently. Room was clean except for some dirty areas on walls/ ceiling. Only clean the rooms every 2 or 3 day.
