Liked: Nice little place to stay. Exercise room was very nice.
Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre. Bacon was limp and half cooked,

Quite a pleasant stay

Liked: Comfortable, clean room with a fair breakfast. Staff were great!
Disliked: Needs 24/7 coffee/tea in the lobby and more consistency stocking items in breakfast room.

This hotel exceeded our expectations....

Liked: The breakfast was very nice - a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, etc.
Disliked: Nothing!

Overall it was an excellent...

Liked: Everything was clean and new. We love their complimentary homemade cookies.
Disliked: The staff that checked us in was wonderful and very accommodating. And the one that checked us out was a little snobby.

Overall a great stay once...

Liked: Facilities, staff and location were great.
Disliked: The constant barrage of emails (7) while we were on our way to this destination asking us to check in "Make sure to complete pre-arrival check-in" when time and internet access is precious was really annoying. I had a confirmed reservation and wanted to just check in when I got there like at every other hotel. I complained about this to the staff and they said they were "trying a new system". They had better ditch this system FAST!
