The staff was very rude...

Liked: Nothing was very rude and inconsiderate
Disliked: I was put out the facility in the middle of the night due to me having a emotional support animal

Liked: The front desk staff Nikki was very friendly and professional. The entire place is very well kept up and clean.

We will not return to...

Disliked: Breakfast options were a waffle or choice of 3 cereals. We had breakfast elsewhere. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke but otherwise seemed clean . Requested an upper floor but they did not provide us with one.
