Liked: This place is absolutely beautiful! Easy to find with directions text out before our arrival and good information warning about the bumpy road on the way there. Paula met us on arrival and told us all the info we needed to know so we felt really welcomed. The room was comfortable and a great size for myself and 2 kids. Veggie breakfast was delicious and piping hot. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were just gorgeous and we loved having it all to ourselves. A real luxury! The location of the property is great for visiting the coast and Dundee buy also offering some lovely tranquility. Would go back to stay again in a heart beat.

Liked: Fantastic in every sense. The room was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Extra touch was each room having their own Netflix account. Fantastic breakfast in the morning too. The swimming pool and facilities were super clean. Even better, the owners were lovely, super friendly and helpful and had lovely chats with them both. I have recommended friends and family, and I’ll 100% be back again.

Liked: The sunflower room is beautifully furnished,the bed extra comfy,slept like a log.surrounding grounds full of nature,beautiful views.Paula printed us some routes to visit various tourist attractions.we wouldn't have had a clue otherwise,it was very helpful.breakfast was very good ,would recommend.

Disliked: The farm accessed the road to the property. And there say there had a swimming pool there was no access to it

A wonderful three day break

Liked: First and foremost, the property itself. A stunning cottage not far from Balgavies Loch in an oasis of peace and quiet. Paula and Robert run the place with Teutonic precision and they really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast room is cozy and the food delicious.

Excellent stay in beautiful countryside...

Liked: The property is in a modernised farmhouse, immaculate, beautifully decorated with a very large comfortable bed in a furnished modern setting, large en suite, enormous bath and large walk in shower. Quiet with parking in a courtyard, lovely flowers and shrubs. We were met by our friendly hostess who showed us around, breakfast menu booked at same time. Breakfast served in vaulted room. Generous tasty food, pleasantly served by friendly husband and wife. We were there for only one night so didn’t take the opportunity to use the swimming pool or jacuzzi which looked very inviting. Wished we’d booked for longer.

Very relaxing stay before hitting...

Liked: The location was lovely and quiet. Paula’s directions to the property were very accurate. Excellent shower and the breakfast was tailored to your own needs and it was delicious. Thank you Paula and Robert for your hospitality.
