Liked: Housekeeping staff Tammy come help me unload 12 suitcases and greeted me. Extra towels and met my cat. Morning she had coffee ready! ☕Room new drapes and mattress.Still had smell of new.
Disliked: 1. Bathroom sink cabinet is old needs to be replaced. 2. Shower molding needs repair. 3. no shower curtain so damaged4. No handicap rails

Poor

Disliked: AC unit and door leak air, making it cold inside at night. Toilet too low to the ground. Sink hot water barely passes any water. Staff did not bring towels until asked, then just dropped them on the bed.

Liked: the staff was nice for sure
Disliked: Cockroaches galore from the second I walked in the room. I was in an adjoining room that the lock was busted on so they had an end table against my door holding it shut. At any time the people in the next room could have just came in my room. I stayed there Sun-Thurs on Friday and Saturday the rate raises by $20 for what reason I don't know there were over 40 empty rooms that I could see. The vending machines didn't work but that's neither here nor there.

Not pleasant at all.

Disliked: Bathroom ceiling was exposed and open with a whole in the shower, it had bugs in the room and wasn’t cleaned properly thruout.

Liked: I did not eat there. After watching cockroaches in my bathroom and having to clean the shower before I used it, I just wanted to leave the room as quickly as possible when I woke and drive to McDonald’s.
Disliked: The bathroom door hinges were broken couldn’t close the door. I didn’t appreciate the cockroaches In the bathroom and I felt a bug in my bed in the middle of the night But I don’t think it was a bedbug. I think it was a cockroach. I was too tired to get up and see. The shower was dirty.
