Liked: Staff was helpful, we needed towels for the pool and we got them fast. Great breakfast, lots of options.
Disliked: Location, but still not to bad.

Liked: The morning front desk person, and the woman who oversees the buffet were extremely friendly. They answered any questions I had, and even helped my son make his waffle when my hands were full they made it feel like home.
Disliked: The staff at the nighttime check-in desk seemed very confused, and it took quite a while to get checked in. They were not terribly friendly.

Liked: Location, comfortable bed/pillows, spacious suite, friendly staff
Disliked: The coffee maker in the room, not enough coffee pods, the bathroom sink faucet never had hot water
