Our stay was adequate but...

Liked: The staff was responsive when we went to our room and it was not ready yet. She directed us to a hearing impaired suite on the first floor.
Disliked: the suite we were re-directed to had exposed pipes in the kitchen area. the shades on both windows were stained with paint and or mold from the room air conditioning unit . we did not raise this issue with the staff as we already had changed rooms once.

Get new mattress

Liked: It was very clean
Disliked: The bed was horrible it need new mattress bad. I left with a terrible back ache. I was in room 127.

Liked: Loved our stay! The shampoo conditioner and body wash smelled soooooo good! Beds were super comfy. Will definitely stay again!
