Disliked: The food and the rooms needed updating

Very nice and beautiful room

Liked: We have never been in a hotel that has a ceiling fan in the room, that made us feel like we were at home because we always sleep with the ceiling fan on to help circulate the air in the room that helps me to sleep better at night.
Disliked: Instead of putting a bathtub that looks damaged, i wished we had a walk-in shower.

Liked: Good location. Close to a lot of shopping/food.
Disliked: Layout of room. Bathroom and sink are in separate areas. Not convenient.

Bad experience but lady at...

Liked: Great breakfast and location
Disliked: Booked online and room was supposed to be ready at 4 pm. Got there at 5:30 pm was promised room would be ready in 5 minutes. Was told 2 different reasons we could not go to room after being on road for 9 hours and 30 minutes. Room finally ready at 6 pm. Not very well cleaned. Not enough towels for 5 guests. Asked for towels until 8:15 pm. Just told no towels.
