It was fine for one...

Liked: Good location. Close to a lot of shopping/food.
Disliked: Layout of room. Bathroom and sink are in separate areas. Not convenient.

Bad experience but lady at...

Liked: Great breakfast and location
Disliked: Booked online and room was supposed to be ready at 4 pm. Got there at 5:30 pm was promised room would be ready in 5 minutes. Was told 2 different reasons we could not go to room after being on road for 9 hours and 30 minutes. Room finally ready at 6 pm. Not very well cleaned. Not enough towels for 5 guests. Asked for towels until 8:15 pm. Just told no towels.

Disliked: Window shades were broken, layout of walking directly into open bathroom from hall very strange, lighting very poor and could not read with that lighting.

Liked: the room was fine
Disliked: My key fab on the door broke and it made me late to my softball tournament, I am the coach, so that was extremely bad. The front desk lady was not friendly, and in my opinion was rude to me. I believe I should get some type of credit back to my card for the trouble. I was very unsatisfied.
