Bad
Disliked: check in took more than an hour because their credit card machine cannot charge for deposit. we booked for two king beds, they gave us one, and the other room has very tiny skinny two bed, when I call front desk, they just told me the cleaning clerk has already left, asked us to check in the morning, and when someone texted me next morning, I told her the situation, she just replied they didn't receive the two kings request. it was not a good experiences.

Holua resort stay
Liked: The location was close to where my nephew was graduating, so it was convenient. The condo is spacious and fit us well.
Disliked: The section we was put in was next to the broken pool, so we had to far walk to the other pools. Our Acs didn't work. It was very hot. The room wasn't cleaned well. The was dirt on the bed, and dead bugs everywhere. I was disappointed. I stayed there a few times but this time it wasn't the cleanest or the most comfortable.

Honesty Review
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Holua Resort! The staff truly stood out—helpful, friendly, kind, and always full of aloha. Our unit happened to be the very last one at the far end of the resort, which made the walk from the parking lot quite a distance. However, the team went above and beyond to make it easier by frequently offering rides on the carts, always with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay feel warm and welcoming. Mahalo to the Holua team for making our experience so enjoyable!
Disliked: While the staff at Holua Resort were kind, helpful, and responsive, there were several issues with the unit that made our stay less enjoyable. The carpet was extremely dirty—my white socks turned brown within an hour of walking around. The washer was leaking an unknown brown substance, and many of the cabinets wouldn’t stay closed. The living room TV didn’t work, and the curtains were torn. On arrival, one of the bathrooms had no hand soap, the toilet paper roll was nearly empty (only enough for one use), and the paper towel roll was also almost gone. We had to call the front desk within the first hour to get basic supplies refilled. Although the staff responded quickly and kindly, these are things we expected to be checked before arrival.A particularly unsettling moment happened when a staff member began spraying insecticide directly on our screen door without any warning. My daughter and I were startled to see a stranger that close to our room, and it would have been more respectful—and safer—to provide a heads-up about that activity.We hope future guests have a more prepared and well-maintained experience, as the hospitality of the staff deserves to be matched by the condition of the rooms.

It was a very nice...
Liked: It was a very nice, clean and beautiful resort. They provide everything you needed in the kitchen. The unit has a washer/dryer. They provided laundry detergent too. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Disliked: Pool was in poor shape and the tile out side and patio was very slippery when it’s wet. I slipped and fell. Reported to the front desk
