Liked: Spacious, clean and well-appointed rooms. Close to Printers Alley.
Disliked: No coffee in rooms ?because of Covid.? That?s a new one. I?ve stayed in at least a dozen hotel rooms since the pandemic began and this is the first one to have used it as an excuse to discontinue in-room coffee. Also, if you have heavy bags, it?s a bit difficult to get them up the narrow front steps with no one to help.

Liked: The location was great. The restaurant was so convenient.
Disliked: The linens were fair. The towels were very old and dry. No wash cloths in the bathroom. It could have been very good with a few upgrades.

Liked: Maggie at the front desk is amazing, super nice and really helpful! Great location, amazing shower head and great views from the roof.

Liked: Location is excellent. Hotel staff is great though and extremely accommodating!
Disliked: Rooms are good but we had to let the water run for 5 minutes in the shower before the water got hot. We had breakfast included and had it only on one day because the service took forever (cafe was short staffed) and food wasn?t that great.

Humiliating. I had no idea...
Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Slow valet - dropping off and picking up car! Dirty countertops in room Not enough towels No iron No cleaning service When I booked the reservation, it showed free parking. When we checked out, we were charged $42 per day for parking. Unacceptable dishonesty; misleading advertising!! The guy who checked us out was beyond rude and insindiary. He almost accused me of lying. The woman with him, who identified as HR manager, allowed him to stand in my face and talk down to me. I had to ask him to leave me alone. I left upset, unsettled and confused. It was if that gentleman was a pure racist. He talked to me as if he was accusing me of trying to get out of paying my bill just because I questioned the parking fee and tried to tell him that my reservation said parking was included. My reservation also included free breakfast. They didn't have this in our reservation either. This is VERY DISTURBING, and I believe we've been victimized with a scam advertisement, and humiliated by uncaring staff.
