Liked: From the lovely welcome to the cheery goodbye we felt as though we were more than just a customer. The room and the breakfast was first class. If you are looking for a B&B in the Seaton area look no further- you have just found it.

Liked: A cosy place to stay in a nice seaside village. Ot is the little details that make you really feel welcome.The breakfast is incomparable and againsvows the efforts taken my the owners to make theirs guests feel at home.Thank you for your hospitality and two wonderful nights in Seaton.

Mini break to Seaton

Liked: We liked everything about Holmleigh. Lovely and warm welcome from Linnea and Nigel, including fresh coffee/muffin on arrival. The attention to detail and personal care was exceptional. After a good night's rest, the breakfast was excellent with an amazing choice - Full English perfectly cooked by Nigel!!! Strongly recommend this B&B.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing - apart from, we didn't stay long enough. We will come back here.
