Liked: I had a very comfortable stay at Holmes Hotel in London. The employees were highly respectful, professional, and always welcoming — their smiles never left their faces, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. A special thanks to Sanji, Edien, Kemberly, and Ria for their exceptional service and kindness.I especially appreciate Sanji, who kindly changed our room to better suit my child and give him his own comfortable space. Also, my kids really enjoyed the sweets and games provided by the hotel — they were so happy with them and it made their stay even more delightful.The hotel’s location is also excellent, surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. The whole area felt very comfortable and convenient for families.
