Amazing stay friendly staff Sherlock...

Liked: Center every attractive places near by Coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets Walking distance from Oxford street Very nice for solo or 2 ppl but not big families like 4+ since they don’t have 2br or connected room
Disliked: I can say I did like any thing honestly i wish I tried their buffet but didn’t have the chance I would recommend to have security guard or to activate card access from both entrance to avoid ppl accessing floors i had this incident where i was in elevator with 3 teenagers and they were waiting for any one to use their floor card and yes it should also make card linked with floor number as well

Comfortable hotel in excellent location

Liked: The bed and linen were very comfortable, the air conditioning excellent
Disliked: The check in was unbelievably slow considering I had already checked in online. The room was a bit cramped for an upgraded room.

Liked: The staff at reception are always a delight providing a warm welcome. The beds are very comfortable.
Disliked: The staff at the bar were less accommodating and sadly not very attentive. Breakfast staff should be stocked up on... they were run off their feet.Cleaning was a little disappointing, the glasses at the minibar still had fingerprints and lipstick from the previous occupants on them...
