Disliked: Maybe a touch of paint in the corridor on level 4 but minor issue

Not as good as previous...

Liked: We have stayed multiple times, and have always enjoyed the staff, location and the comfort of the hotel
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room we stayed in (201) did not live up to previous experiences. There were a few amenities missing, like sugar in the coffee area and bin liners in the bins. It was also very susceptible to noise from the unit directly above, which we never experienced in previous stays. We would still return to the Holmes gladly as I’m sure this was an isolated incident

Liked: I am very impressed with this Hotel.It exceeded my expectations. The room was cute, nice deco and very clean i must say.. Very central and staff provides exceptional service. I will most defenetly return. Thank you

Liked: Classy, elegant, beautifully renovated, perfectly designed and the room was fantastic! Will be staying here for every visit to London.
