Liked: It was clean & well arranged- good facilities- very well done-
Disliked: The lady did not know anything about Klarna Pay - so had to pay full amount by debit card on arrival- Also I unfortunately woke her up as nothing about your’ Special Included Breakfast’ in my room or anywhere- Apparently she has not done this for THREE YEARS! So I had to get a tram ( no buses running- £6:00 & Only one place open- Excellent- but £10 - so defeated your special offer- Shower was a refreshing freezing cold-

Very accommodating, would stay again!

Liked: The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful and so accommodating during our stay.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little bit small, with quite a large shower head that struggled to stay up due to fairly low water pressure.

Liked: Very comfy, quiet and super clean. Great night sleep
Disliked: Small bathroom and light curtains- just remember to bring an eye mask!

Disliked: Room size. Double room was so tiny, smaller than advertised on booking.com. Top floor with heatwave, no fan and windows did not open enough due to restrictor. They also need a key box for early checkout.

Liked: A return visit for me. Airways get a warm cheery welcome here. Extremely comfortable bed and every time room is immaculately clean and well presented. Very close to the South Pier and beach, and Pleasure Beach if that's what you're after. Perfect location for the club I go to.
