Nice hotel and location, but...

Liked: Great location, and nice restaurant.
Disliked: "Breakfast Included" was mis-leasing. You received $7.50 credit per person for a restaurant serving $20 breakfast!

Liked: It's a fairly new hotel and the bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.
Disliked: For a fairly new hotel, you should NOT hear the traffic outside all night and into the morning. There were a couple races going on with people cheering the drivers on. We could hear everything. Then the hospital is close, so you can hear the sirens. It's sad the hotel actually knows they have a noise problem, because AFTER we checked in and got up yo tge room, we noticed 1 pair of complimentary ear plugs (not 2, only 1). I don't know about you, but ear plugs are not comfortable for everyone. Then, they should have free parking on facility. We had to pay $29 more to valet or we would have to park on our own. With the races going on, I would not feel comfortable with my car on the street. Than for a fairly new hotel, the blacking blinds we couldn't get closed all the way without pulling them down. It says to pull on the string, but the blackout drapes didn't have a string. I triple checked.Then, I woke up to a small spider on my bed this morning. I'm sorry, I hardly ever complain, I usually hold in my thoughts, but this hotel and it's expense was unacceptable. Very disappointed.
